We entirely rethought and modernized De Troupe's website while keeping a minimalist approach and style. Our vision was to introduce "the cult brand" dimension that was missing before and reinforce a strong editorialist and storytelling aspect. More than a shopping cart, we imagined a personalized showroom experience that keeps specs information clear and give as many flexible details as needed without being overwhelming.
To enhance their operations, the ordering process was streamlined and the workflow upgraded with innovative tools. A CRM has been integrated to enhance their client management, along with an integrated Trade Program system which now offers exclusive pricing and a space for custom work, improving the experience for their professional clients.
